These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph808 ("ph808", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph808 website located at ph808.net and all associated services, games, tools, and features made available through the platform.

Each player may hold only one (1) active ph808 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any ph808 content without the prior written consent of ph808.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Identified use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools.
• Collusion or multi-accounting.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against ph808.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another Philippine authority.
• A player's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

In the event of account termination for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), ph808 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be permanently forfeited. Players who dispute a termination decision may raise a formal complaint through ph808's complaints process set out in Section 15 below.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph808 account may do so at any time by contacting ph808 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their primary withdrawal method, subject to identity verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9287 (as amended), applicable PAGCOR regulations, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and other applicable Philippine statutes.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ph808 and the Player agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

ph808 operates its online platform in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the primary regulatory authority governing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines, and ph808 treats compliance with PAGCOR's standards as a fundamental operating requirement.

ph808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ph808 will notify affected players through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the ph808 website, a notification in your ph808 account dashboard, or a communication to your registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms took effect.
